Egor, a Russian citizen, was detained on May 4, 2021, by GUBOPiK officers in a rented apartment after a search and was brutally beaten. He was held in pretrial detention for seven months on charges of "organizing actions that grossly violate public order" - for voicing videos and audio messages on the "OGSB" Telegram channel. In June 2022, the conditions of detention were tightened, and Yegor was transferred to prison regime.

Alexey, an activist in the anarchist movement, was detained in March 2021 as part of a criminal case brought against anarchists from the Brest region. He was convicted under several criminal articles, such as “participation in group actions that grossly violate public order” and “creation of an extremist group and participation in it.”

It is known that the charges are based on the episode with the blocking of roads in Brest in 2018 during a protest against the construction of the battery plant, as well as participation in the "March of the Non-Parasites", which took place on March 5, 2017.

Nikita, an anarchist activist, was arrested in March 2021 as part of a criminal case against anarchists from the Brest region. He was convicted of "participating in group actions that grossly violate public order" and "participating in a criminal organization." The charges stemmed from an incident related to the "March of the Non-Parasites," which took place on March 5, 2017.

Nikita was scheduled for release in early March 2026 after completing his six-year sentence. However, in January, he was retried under Article 411 of the Criminal Code—"malicious disobedience to prison administration"—and received an additional year added to his sentence. Prior to this, the anarchist spent at least four months in a cell-type facility at Shklov Colony No. 17.

On August 12, 2020, Alexander was detained when his car was stopped by armed men. He refused to get out, and after being threatened with gunfire, he tried to drive away. During his detention, he was beaten and taken to the hospital with a traumatic brain injury, then transferred to a pretrial detention center. According to investigators, he ran over a police officer's foot. The court found him guilty of attempted murder.

Anarchist activist Alexander was detained on August 12, 2020 and convicted on a number of criminal charges. Earlier, in 2010, he had already served a sentence in the "anarchist case".

In 2022, he was sentenced to 17 years in prison, and in February 2023, the Supreme Court reduced the term by 3 months.

In June 2024, Alexander was again charged under the article for "malicious disobedience to the demands of the colony administration," and he was given another year of imprisonment.

In July 2024, his mother, Tatyana Frantskevich, was arrested on charges of "participation in an extremist group." Her sister, Natalia Lobatsevich, the mother of former political prisoner Ilya Lobatsevich, was arrested along with her.
