Eugene Mikhailovich Fartushnyak
He is an accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of the Republic of Belarus, as well as a person involved in politically motivated repressions in Belarus. He acted as a state prosecutor in the trial of the "Gomel Troika". According to the prosecution, the defendants took part in actions that grossly violated public order, as well as in an attack on employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - according to the investigation, Dmitry Korneev threw a "Molotov cocktail" at police officers on Lenin Avenue, where he was detained, and Zolotarev fled the scene with a second "Molotov cocktail", Kovalev also fled. They were detained later. Following the trial, the judge sentenced Kovalev to 6 years of imprisonment in a maximum security penal colony, Korneev to 8 years of imprisonment, and the minor Nikita Zolotarev, who suffers from epilepsy, to 5 years of imprisonment in a correctional colony.

Nikita was arrested and convicted of throwing a Molotov cocktail towards military personnel on August 10, 2020, according to investigators. The prosecution claimed that the bottles were hidden and given to him by Leonid Kovalev with an offer to set fire to a building, bus, or paddy wagon. Nikita refused to testify, did not admit guilt, and reported physical and psychological pressure in the pretrial detention center. At the time of his arrest, he was 16 years old and suffers from epilepsy.
In July 2021, he was convicted again under the article on "violence or threat of violence" for an incident with pretrial detention center employees. In June 2022, Nikita was transferred to an adult colony after turning 18, and in August of the same year, his punishment was toughened, sending him to prison.
In July 2024, the political prisoner was tried for “malicious disobedience to the prison administration,” a charge often applied to prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the administration.

Dmitry was arrested and convicted of throwing a Molotov cocktail towards military personnel on August 10, 2020. On the evening of August 10, 2020, he allegedly found two perpetrators — Dmitry Korneev and Nikita Zolotorev — and handed them the bottles, offering to set fire to a building, a bus, or a paddy wagon. Leonid did not admit guilt.

The activist, human rights defender and volunteer of the Gomel branch of the Human Rights Center "Viasna" was detained at the airport on January 21, 2021. She was later convicted of "organizing or actively participating in group actions that grossly violate public order."
On September 24, 2022, Tatyana was released on pardon, having spent 1 year and 8 months in prison.

Leonid, the Chairman of the Gomel branch of the Human Rights Center "Viasna", is a human rights activist with 20 years of experience in restoring violated rights of citizens. He was actively involved in preparing and sending numerous individual appeals to the UN Human Rights Committee against Belarus. In 2020, Leonid provided legal assistance in appealing court decisions in cases of participants in rallies in Gomel that took place after the falsification of the presidential elections. In January 2021, he was detained and convicted for participating in protests.
He was released on July 21, 2023, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
In early March 2024, a criminal case was opened against Leonid in absentia for "assisting extremist activity." In June of the same year, a trial in absentia took place, where he was sentenced to imprisonment and a large fine.
