A retired military officer, a reserve lieutenant colonel who served in the Strategic Missile Forces, a former teacher at the Military Academy, and a member of the People's Hramada party.

During the 2020 presidential election campaign, Yakushkov was convicted twice of "participating in unauthorized events"—for participating in pickets to collect signatures for Svetlana Tikhanovskaya. Both times, the court sentenced him to "24 hours in jail."

Earlier, Yevgeny Olegovich Kotlyarov became known for the fact that his denunciations became the basis for the charges against several Gomel residents under administrative and criminal articles, including he was a witness in the case of human rights activist Leonid Sudalenko .

In the video , the Belarusian says he participated in protests in 2020 and made negative comments about the authorities and police. He also said he had a negative attitude toward Russian military personnel.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs claimed that the Ukrainian was affiliated with the "extremist group" "Belarus Beyond the Moscow Ring Road," but according to human rights activists, Alexander had no connection to the project as its founder or leader—he simply left comments there.

Anton worked as a cameraman at ONT. Specifically, in November 2022, he participated in training for the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Security Department on interaction with state media. Kozelsky's last report aired in October 2023.

He was allegedly detained because of comments he left on Telegram. Anton had previously been active in commenting on various political groups, but subsequently deleted his posts, and they can now only be found indirectly—through other users' responses and his activity in the groups.
