Alexander Vladimirovich Kornienko

Vyacheslav was found guilty in September 2021 of tearing down a state flag belonging to a municipal enterprise and worth 21 rubles. Vyacheslav purchased and brought a new flag, but was nevertheless sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

He was released in August 2022, having fully served his sentence.

Denis was arrested in August 2021 as part of a criminal case opened under the article "organizing or actively participating in group actions that grossly violate public order." In November of that year, he was convicted for participating in a post-election protest that took place in Minsk in August 2020. It is known that he endured a great deal during that protest, including beatings and abuse.

In February 2022, Denis began serving his sentence in an open-type correctional facility, but in the spring of 2023, the regime was tightened, and he was transferred to a penal colony.

According to human rights activists, he was released in December 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Andrei was arrested in July 2021 in a criminal case initially opened under the statute "hooliganism" for bringing a funeral wreath to a police officer's home.

In December 2021, Andrei was found guilty of "violence or threat of violence against a law enforcement officer" and "threat against a judge or assessor." He was sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony and ordered to pay substantial compensation to police officer Kalkovsky.

He was released in March 2024, having fully served his sentence as imposed by the court.

According to Alexander's family, the problems began after he went to observe the polling station at his registered address in the village of Farinovo. He filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office regarding a serious violation of the electoral code, citing an unsealed ballot box. Afterward, on August 12, 2020, police officers arrived at Evgeny's workplace and detained him, but they soon released him.

Evgeny was arrested again in January 2021 as part of a criminal case opened under the articles "inciting social discord," "insulting a government official," and "preparing and organizing group actions that grossly violate public order."

Evgeny was convicted in September 2021 and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony, as well as to pay substantial compensation to the "victims." At the sentencing, Evgeny's parents brought printed color photographs of his three-month-old daughter, Milana, who was born while Evgeny was in custody.

He was released in August 2024, having fully served his sentence.

Alexey was arrested after accidentally hitting a traffic police car. This occurred after his wife, who was sitting next to him, screamed—she saw someone being hit by a vehicle near the road. Taken by surprise, the Nissan driver struck the parked traffic police car. After his arrest, he claims he was beaten at the Moscow District Police Department and taken to the Okrestina detention center with a traumatic brain injury. From late December 2020 to May 2021, Alexey was under house arrest, after which he was remanded in custody pending trial.

In September 2021, Alexei was found guilty of "intentional destruction or damage to another's property, committed in a generally dangerous manner or resulting in large-scale damage" and "violence or threat of violence against an internal affairs officer" and sentenced to imprisonment.

According to human rights activists, he was released in the fall of 2025, having fully served his sentence.

Artyom was arrested on June 22, 2021, when he appeared at the police station as a witness in a separate, "non-political" criminal case. His arrest was part of an investigation into charges of "participating in actions that grossly violate public order," "preparing to participate in mass riots," and "preparing to illegally manufacture and carry items whose destructive effect is based on the use of flammable substances." He had previously been wanted by the police, although he was not in hiding: he lived at home and went to work.

In September 2021, Artyom was convicted for participating in post-election protests that took place in Minsk in August 2020.

He was released in early May 2025, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Dmitry, a deaf-mute, was convicted in September 2021 of "insulting Lukashenko," "insulting government officials," and "threatening violence against a judge." According to the prosecution, he used a computer to post a photo of Lukashenko with a negative assessment of him on a Telegram channel, published insulting messages about a government official in October 2020, and called for violence against a deputy court chairperson in February 2021.

In the courtroom, Dmitry was taken into custody and his hearing aid was confiscated.

According to human rights activists, he was released in the summer of 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Alexey was arrested in March 2021 and convicted of "inciting hatred or discord" for comments on the social network VKontakte, with a prison sentence.

In September 2021, as part of a pardon, he was transferred from the penal colony to an open-type correctional facility. On November 29, 2021, it was announced that Alexei had left the penal colony and left Belarus.

In late October 2022, reports emerged of his detention in Russia. It was reported that Alexei first went to Smolensk to visit relatives, then moved to Belgorod, and after the war began, he moved to Voronezh, where he was detained by police. On October 26, 2022, he was transferred to Belarus, and in November, a court hearing was held, resulting in Alexei's detention being changed from an open correctional facility to a penal colony.

In August 2023, he was released, having fully served his sentence as imposed by the court.

Andrei was first convicted in March 2021 for "insulting Lukashenko" and "insulting a government official" and sentenced to restricted freedom with a referral. However, he didn't have time to serve his sentence in a correctional facility: on May 4, 2021, he was arrested on three additional criminal charges.

In August of that year, Andrei was convicted again – again for insulting Lukashenko – and sentenced to imprisonment.

According to human rights activists, he was released in the winter of 2024, having fully served his sentence.

Denis was detained in March 2021 and convicted for comments left in the Telegram chat "Molodechno for Life Chat". The victims were recognized as Molodechno police officers, a female employee of the Grodno OMON, as well as public figures - Lukashenko, Yermoshina and Karpenkov.

In August 2024, he was released under a pardon.

Sergei, a former deputy chairman of the board of Belgazprombank, was detained as part of the Babariko case and convicted in July 2021 under the article “accepting a bribe.”

On March 9, 2023, a hearing was held to establish preventive supervision, and on March 30, Sergei was released from the colony. Presumably, he was released on parole or his term was reduced as a result of an appeal. Human rights activists do not have more precise information.

Artem, the director of a private printing house, was detained in May 2021 and subsequently convicted on charges of producing and distributing protest printed materials (leaflets, stickers, newspapers), as well as participating in Sunday marches that took place in Minsk in August–September 2020.

According to human rights activists, he was released in October 2024, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.

Alexander was convicted in June 2021 for insulting Lukashenko. According to the prosecution, while intoxicated, he called 102 and spoke disrespectfully about him. He was taken into custody in the courtroom immediately after the verdict was announced.

He was released in the summer of 2022, having fully served his sentence.
