The victims were policemen Kolyada and Tarasevich. On February 3, Shutko’s apartment was searched, as a result of which his mobile phone was found, and later Shutko was detained and spent two days in the temporary detention center - from March 16 to 17, 2022. During the trial, Shutko admitted his guilt.
On January 27, 2023, a new trial took place over Alexander in Zhodino “to replace the restriction of freedom without referral to the IWOT.” The case was examined by Ivan Grinkevich . Served time in IK No. 17, from February 9 to October 14, 2023.
In October 2023, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
