Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Maiko Irina Leonidovna supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed penalties in the form of a fine totaling at least 6,090 rubles. She found Roman Yankovsky guilty under Articles 369, 361, 368 and 203 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to imprisonment for a term of 4 years and 6 months, serving in a correctional colony under a high security regime and a fine of 300 basic units. According to the case materials, Roman Yankovsky, from his mobile phone in mid-June 2021, from a Telegram channel recognized as extremist materials, reposted a video containing insults to Lukashenko, and also publicly called for the violent overthrow of state power. She found Ekaterina Khulkhachieva guilty under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code and sentenced Ekaterina to two years of imprisonment to be served in a colony under general regime conditions and a fine of 100 basic units. The girl was detained on September 29, 2021 for comments after the death of Andrei Zeltser.
