These assessments are related to the events in Kazakhstan, when there were unrest and the death of peaceful protesters. In the publication, according to the investigation, Mikhail used profanity, called for violent actions against the specified group of persons.
In addition, on January 6, 2022, the accused posted a message on the Internet in which he humiliated the honor and dignity of A.G. Lukashenko.
