A defendant in a criminal case initiated following the events in Pinsk on the night of August 9-10, 2020.

Oleg is accused of breaking a stake (which was propping up a tree), breaking the stick into two pieces, and throwing one of them towards the police officers. He "threw the stick with the intent of causing injury" and "intentionally threatening violence" towards the police officers. He also threw a handful of earth towards the police.

On August 10, 2021, Stanislav was detained for three days. During a search, marijuana was found on him, leading to a criminal case under the drug law. The court later found Stanislav guilty and sentenced him to restricted freedom and an open correctional facility.

After the verdict was announced, he was not released from pretrial detention but remained in custody in connection with a new criminal case opened under the article "inciting hatred." The charges stemmed from comments Stanislav, under the nickname "Partizan," left on September 24, 2020, in the Telegram chat "Brest 97%."

Stanislav was arrested in September 2021 as part of a criminal case opened following spontaneous protests that took place in Brest from August 10 to 11, 2020, against the falsification of the presidential elections.

In January 2022, he was convicted of participating in "mass riots" and sentenced to imprisonment in a maximum-security penal colony.
