Dmitry Shchurko was put in a Brest pre-trial detention center. In December 2020, he was convicted of “stolen a walkie-talkie from a riot policeman” - he was given “household chemicals.” Subsequently, he was detained preventively (on the anniversary of the elections, before Independence Day 2021). Received a fine under Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code for reposting. Also, Dmitry has undergone at least 5 searches since August 2020. This time, claims against Dmitry arose under Article 368. On November 9, 2021, he was taken to a temporary detention facility, and a couple of days later he was transferred to pre-trial detention center-7. On January 14, 2022, the second verdict was pronounced. The man had 2 children left at home.
At the beginning of March 2024, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
