Pavel was convicted of "desecration of state symbols." According to the prosecution, he tore a state flag from a store building, then began waving it, hitting the flagpole against the building's parapet, causing it to break. He then threw the flagpole, its torn flag, into a puddle and walked on it.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the spring of 2024, having fully served his sentence.

Yuri was first found guilty in July 2021 of a criminal offense under the article "insulting a government official." According to the charges, on January 12, 2021, he left an offensive comment under a photograph of police officer Anton Yanushkevich on the Telegram channel "Punishermen of Belarus." Furthermore, on March 5, 2021, Yuri left another offensive comment under a photograph of OMON commander Dmitry Balaba on the Telegram channel "Belarus of the Brain."
In November 2021, Yuri was convicted again of "insulting a government official" and sentenced to restricted freedom and placement in an open correctional facility. He began serving his sentence in March 2022.
In December 2022, Yuri was placed in pretrial detention on a new criminal case opened under three articles, including "violence or threat of violence against a law enforcement officer." On December 23 of that year, he was found guilty for the third time and finally sentenced to five years of restricted freedom.
He was released on March 20, 2026, as part of a pardon following a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, on March 19 (among a group of 235 prisoners left in Belarus).
Dmitry was convicted in the fall of 2021 on charges of "desecration of state symbols." He was accused of tearing a flag from a building, tearing it, throwing it in a trash can, and breaking the flagpole.

Alexander was found guilty in November 2021 of a criminal offense brought against him for insulting Lukashenko. The indictment states that Alexander used the internet to leave an offensive comment, using obscene language, directed at Lukashenko under a post in the "Last Bell" group on the social network VKontakte.
According to his mother, her son is a Lukashenko supporter, has always voted for him, and called for all protesters to be jailed. She added that Alexander has been under psychiatric care since birth and is a lifelong Group 2 disabled person.
Anton was found guilty in October 2021 of insulting a government official. The charges stemmed from a comment he left under a post on the social media account of political prisoner Pyotr Zinevich, referring to the acting commander of the Minsk OMON unit, Warrant Officer Yevgeny Savich.
Anton had approximately eight months of house arrest remaining. However, due to alleged violations of the terms of his sentence, on April 11, 2023, his sentence was increased and he was sentenced to four months in a penal colony. He was remanded in custody after the trial.
He was released in the summer of 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Oleg was found guilty in November 2021 of insulting a government official. The case was prompted by a comment posted in the "Belarusian Prison" group on the social network VKontakte, which included the phrase "ghoul, half-captain" referring to Igor Petrov, the head of the special prison corrections department at Penal Colony No. 1 of the UDIN in the Vitebsk Region.
When asked by the state prosecutor whether he knew the victim, Oleg answered in the affirmative, explaining that he had known the victim since he was serving his prison sentence in Correctional Colony No. 1 in Novopolotsk.
In November 2022, a court hearing was held to discuss the issue of replacing the restriction of freedom with a non-custodial sentence. The outcome of the hearing is unknown.
