The detention of Natalia became known in March this year. Then the so-called "repentant" video with a woman appeared in public sites associated with the security forces. In the comments to this video, there were clear threats of reprisals against a woman. The case ended in court under Part 2 of Art. 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus (distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activity or promoting such activity), the result of which is unknown. After this detention, a criminal case was opened against the woman for "assisting extremist activities."
The woman was sentenced to 2.5 years of restriction of freedom. But due to the time spent in the pre-trial detention center, Natalya has a year and three months left to serve her sentence.
Viktor Nareiko was detained allegedly for a tattoo with a “chase”: according to the security forces, it was noticed when he was mowing grass with a naked torso. SOBR came to the detention. In the video, a man is forced to say that he will remove the tattoo.
Evgeniy’s “crime,” according to the prosecution, is that in April 2022, on the Odnoklassniki social network, a man gave a “class” reaction to the publication of the group “STOP LUKA.” After the “class” reaction, this post appeared on Bilobrovko’s page. With this, according to the prosecution, the man publicly insulted A. Lukashenko.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the spring of 2024 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
Pavel was found guilty of having publicly insulted one of the investigators of the district department of the Investigative Committee. The man pleaded guilty. It is known that he has a disability.
Before the trial, Pavel was under house arrest.

He served his sentence in a correctional institution under Article 328 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, where his sentence was replaced with a restriction of liberty to imprisonment (10 months and 7 days). While in the correctional institution, he wrote "offensive" comments, for which he was sentenced to 1 year and 1 month of imprisonment.
On January 22, 2024, Vadim was tried again under Article 411, Part 1 of the Criminal Code, “Malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of a correctional institution executing a sentence of imprisonment.”
He was scheduledto be released onJuly 6, 2025.
