He was accused of leaving a comment on the telegram channel “Belarus of the Brain” on August 13, 2021, under the publication “Good news on Friday evening from cyber-partisans: the wiretapping of the internal communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was hacked.” On the cover of the publication there were photographs of the head of the Soligorsk police department, police colonel Alexander Aleksandrovich Sharovar, and the deputy head of the police department of the Minsk regional executive committee, colonel Maksimovich Nikolai Vasilyevich. It was in the direction of the two named police officers that Victor left a comment that the court considered offensive. The man fully admitted his guilt.
