Viktor was found guilty in September 2021 of insulting a government official. The case was brought against him after he posted a comment on the social media site Odnoklassniki under a post featuring a photo of Lieutenant Colonel Sergei Gelda, deputy head of the Molodechno District Department of Internal Affairs for ideological work: "Hold the b*tch to account!" Gelda was recognized as a victim and ordered to pay substantial compensation for moral damages.
In June 2023, Viktor was released, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
