On the night of November 13-14 last year, Sergei Miselya hung a white-red-white flag on the territory of a secondary school in Zamostochye, but a watchman ran out of the school building at the noise and demanded to remove the flag. There was a verbal skirmish between Miselya and the watchman, during which, according to the investigation, threats of violence were made against the watchman. The watchman nevertheless removed the flag, and Miselya left. A few days later, he was detained for three days on a criminal case, but later released on bail. Before the trial, he was at large, worked as a sales manager. He is married and has children three and six years old.
According to human rights activists, he was released after the expiration of his sentence.
