Igor was detained on November 23, 2023. A video published by security forces on a pro-government channel revealed that he was a co-founder of a city shuttle company.
On camera, Igor says he was detained for comments on Telegram channels about Belarusian and Russian military personnel.
He was released at the end of 2025.
