Vitaly Eduardovich Kulesh supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repression. He was part of the commission that toughened the sentence for Yuzef Nemero. The original sentence handed down by the Oktyabrsky District Court of Grodno was 2.5 years of restricted freedom without being sent to a correctional facility. The new sentence is 1.5 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony. The man was convicted of kicking a riot police officer in the thigh on September 6, 2020, while defending a girl. However, the victim did not suffer any physical harm. Only moral damage and a dirty uniform.
