Dzmitry Yuryevich Matsiukhevich

On August 18, 2020, a post appeared on VKontakte saying that Andrei Khvesiuk, a senior inspector of the Leninsky District Police Department of Brest, had beaten detainees in a gym on August 9–11 because they "knelt incorrectly" in front of him. Dzmitry left a comment under the post in which he called the officer a "scumbag" and wrote that he should be handed over to the people he had beaten.

In March 2022, Dzmitry was found guilty in a criminal case initiated under the article "Insulting a representative of the authorities" for this comment and sentenced to restricted freedom without referral to an open-type correctional facility.
