The reason for initiating a criminal case was that he, together with Viktoria Zherdetskaya (another person involved in the case), on their Youtube channel “in order to make their channel popular and demonstrate their blasphemous attitude” altered the graphic image of the State Emblem. The resulting graphic image was subsequently used by the defendants as the logo of the Telegram and Youtube channels, as well as in the videos that they uploaded to their channel. He was released on October 24, 2021.
