Detained and convicted for the events that occurred on August 10, 2020 in Brest. Denis was accused of allegedly throwing pieces of asphalt from a crowd of protesters at security forces and allegedly swinging his leg at a police car.
Since early childhood, Denis has been involved in sports. He is a five-time champion of Belarus in karate and a master of sports in karate, hand-to-hand combat and army hand-to-hand combat. He served in the 38th Air Assault Brigade in Brest and retired on July 13, 2020. Despite the fact that he plays a male sport, Denis is a very kind and open person by nature.
On April 13, 2024, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
