Andrey was detained on the morning of March 10, 2023 after a search. He was kept in a temporary detention facility for 5 days and only on March 15 a trial took place over him. He was accused of spreading extremist materials under Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code and arrested for 15 days.
It became known that Andrei was never released — he was detained for 10 days under Article 108 of the Criminal Procedure Code (detention on suspicion of committing a crime). Later it became known that he was accused under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
