Detained for the events in August 2020 in Zhlobin. Security forces came to the apartment where Andrei lives with his girlfriend. They put the guy on the floor, tied his hands with a tourniquet and asked if he knew Dmitry Podlobnikov. After this, Andrei was detained.
According to human rights activists, he was released in March 2024 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
