Anastasia was found guilty in a criminal case opened under the article on insulting a government official. According to investigators, on September 3, 2020, she posted an Instagram story insulting Daria Bondarchuk, a member of the Grodno OMON (Special Purpose Police Unit). On December 8, 2020, a group of OMON officers and other security forces arrived at Anastasia's apartment and conducted a search. She was then detained and held for three days in the Grodno temporary detention facility.
