Anastasia was found guilty in a criminal case opened under the article on insulting a government official. According to investigators, on September 3, 2020, she posted an Instagram story insulting Daria Bondarchuk, a member of the Grodno OMON (Special Purpose Police Unit). On December 8, 2020, a group of OMON officers and other security forces arrived at Anastasia's apartment and conducted a search. She was then detained and held for three days in the Grodno temporary detention facility.
According to the indictment, the man participated in the Unity March, which took place in Hrodna on September 6, 2020, at 13:20 he stood in a convoy near house No. 10 on Gornovykh Street. Avdik was held in custody from 6 to 16 September in a temporary detention center, then he was transferred to a Grodno prison. Released after expiration of sentence.

In April 2022, the court considered the appeal, as well as the prosecutor's appeal against the verdict in this case. The court did not satisfy Vasily's appeal, but partially satisfied the prosecutor's protest, replacing the punishment from imprisonment without referral to imprisonment with referral to an open-type correctional facility.
In July of the same year, the court granted Olga Bondareva’s civil claim and ordered Vasily to pay her compensation.
He was released in January 2022, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
