On 9 and 15 December 2020, Aliaksandr posted comments in a Telegram chat about the head of the Budget and Finance Control Department of the State Control Committee of the Hrodna Region.
In December 2021, Aliaksandr was tried in another criminal case opened under the article "Insulting a representative of the authorities". The outcome of that trial is unknown.
In April 2022, Aliaksandr was found guilty in a criminal case opened under the same article and sentenced to restricted freedom without referral to an open-type correctional facility.
