Alla Aleksandrovna Skuratovich is involved in politically motivated repressions in the Republic of Belarus.
Skuratovich is responsible for the fact that, as a judge of the Frunzensky District Court of Minsk, he issues numerous politically motivated sentences against opposition leaders, activists and protesters. In judicial practice, Alla Skuratovich considers not only administrative cases, but also criminal ones. As a result of its decisions, fines have already been issued for a total of no less than 16,740 rubles and administrative arrests for a total of no less than 950 days, and representatives of civil society of the Republic of Belarus have also been sentenced to various terms of imprisonment.
In particular, in 2022, Skuratovich sentenced 60-year-old kindergarten teacher Larisa Nikolaeva to three years of restriction of freedom for printing 16 campaign leaflets for putting two crosses on ballots for the illegal 2022 referendum, which she kept on her desk in kindergarten.
On October 31, 2022, a judge handed down prison sentences of two to three years for participating in a peaceful protest against members of the United Civil Party Artur Smolyakov, Andrei Asmalovsky and Diana Chernushina.
In 2018, she tried Pavel Sevyarynets and Eduard Palchys in administrative cases.

Mikhail was convicted in a criminal case initiated over the events of November 1, 2020, when a march to Kurapaty was taking place in Minsk. He was accused of blocking the road near Chelyuskintsev Park during the rally, which resulted in damage to Minsktrans. Despite the fact that Mikhail had previously been brought to administrative responsibility for the same episode, he was sentenced to restriction of freedom without being sent to a correctional facility.
