Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Yuzhik Aleksandr Vladimirovich is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. He acted as a state prosecutor in the case of journalist of the Polish Gazeta Wyborcza Andrej Poczobut and requested a sentence of 3 years of imprisonment for him under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code and Part 1 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code. The case against Poczobut was initiated for publications in Gazeta Wyborcza, including the article "Lukashenko: Yes, I falsified the elections", as well as for entries in his blog on the website "Belorussky Partisan".
