On August 10 and 11, 2020, he participated in the detention and beating of protesters in Polotsk. He represented victims in politically motivated cases. For example, a native of Uzbekistan was accused of publicly insulting the head and officers of the Polotsk District Department of Internal Affairs, Alexander Garus, Vitaly Sheshukov, and Denis Karasev, on October 22, 2020.
