Dmitry lived in Ukraine for a long time, and in 2019 he married a Ukrainian woman there. He did not serve in the Belarusian army, but in Ukraine he joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces as a supply officer. From March to October 2021, he worked as a guard at a military warehouse in the demarcation zone between the DPR/LPR and the territory controlled by Ukraine.

In the fall of 2021, having lost his Belarusian passport, Dmitry went to the embassy in Kyiv, where he was issued a temporary document and advised to go to Belarus for a new passport. However, immediately after crossing the border, he was detained. For two days in a row, the KGB interrogated him on suspicion of "terrorism" and "weapons transportation."

No facts were found, but Dmitry was transferred from the temporary detention facility to a pretrial detention center and a case of "mercenarism" was opened (Article 133 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). Later, the article was reclassified, and in March 2022, he was convicted of "participation in military actions on the territory of a foreign state without the authorization of Belarus." During his stay in the pretrial detention center, Dmitry's daughter was born.

According to human rights activists, he was released in the winter of 2024, having fully served his sentence.

On the night of February 21-22, 2022, Pavel spray-painted several inscriptions around Brest: at a public transport stop he wrote “Long live Belarus”; on the building of the stronghold of the police in the microdistrict "Kovalevo" wrote "ACAB"; wrote an obscene phrase on the balcony and facade of another building. Pavel was arrested and taken into custody.

According to the charge, traffic police officers detained Tereshkevich on the evening of January 9, 2022 on the highway. In the employees' car, in the hospital and on the way to the police department, he insulted Lukashenko, using obscene language. Among the expletives were: «Animal, redneck, fucking motherfucker».

The court considered as aggravating circumstances that the man already had a criminal record under defamatory Article 369 of the Criminal Code. The verdict in this case is unknown: during this episode, Tereshkevich dumped garbage on a police car.

On October 30, 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.

According to the prosecutor's office, from December 29 to April 30, 2021, Pavel published deliberately false information about the work of the Belarusian police and authorities on Wikipedia and on the website of the International Society for Human Rights (ISHR).

Released in the summer of 2023 after the expiration of the sentence.

Evgeny was accused of writing a comment on the Brest 97% Telegram channel on August 12-13, 2020, which, according to a forensic linguistic examination, contained “a statement of an inciting nature calling for violent and aggressive actions against individuals united by professional affiliation.”

According to human rights activists, he was released.

In 2025, he was removed from the KGB's "terrorist list".

Sentenced for a comment that, according to the examination, contained “indirect incitement to violence against the cooperation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.”

Nichiporko is accused of more than 30 criminal episodes. In particular, in September 2020, he spray-painted fences in the village of Niva in the Berezovsky district, bus stops, garages and buildings in the city of Bereza, pasted leaflets on city poles, painted the entrance doors and the facade of the house of a police officer, stole almost two dozen surveillance cameras, ruined the facades of high-rise buildings with liquid with the content of petroleum products, shredded several state flags of the Republic of Belarus.

Karaban Denis is accused at trial of leaving the following comment in the VK group “BAD NEWS BELARUS”: “A*uenchik, it’s high time to bring them down.”

The investigation and the state prosecution regard this statement as the commission of a crime under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code, i.e. inciting hostility (against law enforcement officers).

According to human rights activists, he will be released at the beginning of June 2024, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

Igor is accused of making 7 inscriptions on the facades of buildings from April to December 2021. Two of these inscriptions insulted Lukashenko.

During the court session, the accused fully admitted his guilt.

In the fall of 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.

A defendant in a criminal case initiated following the events in Pinsk on the night of August 9-10, 2020.

Oleg is accused of breaking a stake (which was propping up a tree), breaking the stick into two pieces, and throwing one of them towards the police officers. He "threw the stick with the intent of causing injury" and "intentionally threatening violence" towards the police officers. He also threw a handful of earth towards the police.

On August 20, 2024, Oleg had a trial on the establishment of preventive supervision in the court of the city of Bobruisk and the district. This may indicate that the political prisoner was released in September .

On August 10, 2021, Stanislav was detained for 3 days, having found marijuana during a search. They opened a drug case against him and placed him in custody, then the court found him guilty and prescribed freedom restriction with referral to an open-type correctional facility.

But after the verdict was announced, the guy was not released from jail, but continued to be held in custody — now having been charged with inciting hostility.

According to the prosecution, on September 24, 2020, Stanislav wrote in the telegram chat «Brest 97%» under the nickname «Partizan».

Released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

According to the materials of the investigation, Olga Yaltsevich, together with other persons, from August 13 to December 19, 2020, allegedly paid the amount of monetary penalties imposed on offenders, lawyers, state fees for filing complaints, other material assistance to participants in unauthorized mass events, and also transferred funds to compensate for damage caused to the state by illegal actions.

On July 21, 2023, she was released after the expiration of her sentence.
