Accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Karmanovich Sergei Ivanovich is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions. Sergei Karmanovich made guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he imposed penalties in the form of a fine totaling at least 8105.5 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 185 days. On March 1, 2017, he handed down guilty verdicts to participants in the protest against Decree No. 3 in the city of Gomel. Convicted Sergei Efimov under Article 364 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to three years in prison, and also ordered him to pay monetary compensation to law enforcement officers. Sergei sprayed a gas canister towards riot police officers in order to protect against illegal detention. Convicted Dmitry Tymoshenko under Article 364 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to two and a half years in prison, and also ordered him to pay monetary compensation to law enforcement officer Natalya Sinkevich. Dmitry hit Natalya on the hand, which was illegally filming citizens, as a result of which her phone fell out of her hands and broke. Convicted Igor Alkhov, Elena Naralenkova, Sergey Oleynik, Andrey Oleshkevich, Denis Samkov, Dmitry Timoshenko.
