Sergey Ivanovich Karmanovich
Accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Karmanovich Sergei Ivanovich is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions. Sergei Karmanovich made guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he imposed penalties in the form of a fine totaling at least 8105.5 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 185 days. On March 1, 2017, he handed down guilty verdicts to participants in the protest against Decree No. 3 in the city of Gomel. Convicted Sergei Efimov under Article 364 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to three years in prison, and also ordered him to pay monetary compensation to law enforcement officers. Sergei sprayed a gas canister towards riot police officers in order to protect against illegal detention. Convicted Dmitry Tymoshenko under Article 364 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to two and a half years in prison, and also ordered him to pay monetary compensation to law enforcement officer Natalya Sinkevich. Dmitry hit Natalya on the hand, which was illegally filming citizens, as a result of which her phone fell out of her hands and broke. On January 30, 2024, a new trial of Dmitry took place. This time he was accused of libel. The verdict is unknown. On April 17, 2024, consideration of the appeal is due to take place.

Vladislav, the lead singer of the band Gods Tower, was convicted in June 2021 for a comment left under a video in which the chairman of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee Gennady Solovey communicates with people. He was sentenced to restriction of freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility. It was later reported that Vladislav left Belarus.
In March 2024, a new criminal case was opened against him under the articles "Incitement of hatred or discord" and "Creation of an extremist formation or participation in it" as part of a special proceeding. In June of the same year, he was convicted in absentia for participating in an "extremist formation" - "Rudobelskaya show-off". Vladislav was sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment and a fine of 500 basic units.
Dmitry was detained and convicted for the fact that during the memorial event for Roman Bondarenko, who was killed by security forces, which took place on November 15, 2020 in Gomel, he tried to knock the phone out of the hands of a police officer who was filming the protest, fearing that he would be brought to administrative responsibility.

Sergei was detained and convicted for spraying a pepper spray at a riot police officer during a protest on August 9, 2020 in Gomel against election fraud.
In June 2023 and May 2024, he was convicted twice of "malicious disobedience to the demands of the prison administration." This article is used to try prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the administration, often on trumped-up charges. As a result, his sentence was extended by two years, to five years.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in May 2025 after completing his sentence.
