Sergey Anatolyevich Gabrukovich
Acted as a public prosecutor in politically motivated cases. Acted as a public prosecutor in the case of Pavel Peskov and Vladislav Yevstegneyev, who are accused under Part 2 of Article 363 of the Criminal Code for releasing a person detained for political reasons by law enforcement officers. Gabrukovich proposed that Pavel Peskov, whose preventive measure was changed from house arrest to detention during the trial, be sentenced to 3 years and 3 months in a general regime colony, and Vladislav Yevstegneyev be sentenced to three months less — 3 years in a general regime colony. As a result, Pavel received 4 years of imprisonment in a maximum security colony as a punishment and was recognized as a political prisoner. Before his arrest, he was caring for his sick grandmother. Vladislav was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony as a punishment. Before the trial, he worked as a disinfection specialist at the Central District Hospital of Molodechno.

Vadim was detained, severely beaten and later convicted for participating in a protest that took place on August 9, 2020 in Minsk against the results of the presidential elections.
Throughout his entire term of imprisonment, Vadim was systematically subjected to psychological and physical violence: he was beaten, placed in solitary confinement and punishment cells, and deprived of parcels and visits.
He was released in April 20204, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
Vladislav was convicted of resisting riot police during a protest that took place in Molodechno on June 19, 2020. He was with several dozen city residents who tried to prevent the detention of participants in the peaceful assembly.
On July 9, 2023, he was released, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

Pavel was arrested in September 2020 and convicted of resisting riot police during a protest that took place in Molodechno on June 19, 2020. He was among several dozen city residents who tried to prevent the arrest of participants in the peaceful assembly.
In June 2022, Pavel was convicted again for “malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of the correctional institution,” and an additional year of imprisonment was added to his sentence. This article applies to prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the administration, on fabricated charges.
On February 28, 2024, he was released after serving his full sentence as determined by the court.
In December 2024, it became known that Pavel was detained again .
