Accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of Belarusian citizens. Andrei Evgenievich Parshin is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions, during which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders, and activists were detained and subjected to violence.
Furthermore, Andrei Evgenievich Parshin personally gave orders to remove flags and persecute marchers, and is likely responsible for the shootout near the Kaskad residential complex. He also claims that employees were fired due to "destructive propaganda." According to him, they have realized their mistake and are asking to return to work.
He is known for making threats against public activists: "I will say frankly: I do not envy those who dare to attack a police officer. You won't get what you deserve. I warn you right now: the consequences will be catastrophic. And don't think you'll hide somewhere abroad. We'll find and get you all."
Parshin proposed revoking citizenship, regardless of how it was acquired, if a person is found guilty of extremist crimes or has caused serious harm to state interests. He also suggested establishing unconditional administrative liability for subscribing to online resources whose content is deemed extremist. And imposing general confiscation of property as an additional penalty on those who commit extremist crimes.
Parshin participated in the filming of two propaganda films for state television channels. In the film "Mold" on the Belarus 1 channel, he spoke of "grandiose conspiracies and deceptions" and even showed a "scheme" for a planned coup d'état in the country.

Alexey, a pensioner and former Boeing instructor pilot, was found guilty of three criminal charges: "insulting a government official," "insulting a judge," and "slander," and sentenced to restricted freedom without being sent to a correctional facility, as well as to pay substantial moral damages to the "victims."
According to the indictment, from October 2020 to March 2021, he posted comments on various Telegram channels aimed at publicly insulting and humiliating government officials. He used obscene language in his comments to negatively evaluate employees. He fully admitted his guilt.
