According to the prosecution's version, Vitaliy Zhilinsky repeatedly in August-September 2020, as part of a group of people, moved along the carriageways of Nezavisimost Avenue, Pobediteley, Pushkin, Maxim Bogdanovich and Yakub Kolos Streets in Minsk, publicly shouting slogans. As a result of illegal actions, transport links in the capital were blocked, which led to a malfunction of public transport.
In addition, the political prisoner was charged with posting on January 6 and 9, 2022, in one of the Telegram chats, publications available to an unlimited number of persons aimed at inciting social hostility and discord against military personnel who carried out peacekeeping activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
