Alexander Mishuk — Vice-Chairman of the Belarusian Independent Trade Union and Chairman of the primary organization of the Belarusian Independent Trade Union of «Belaruskali» OJSC. He was detained after a search of the office.
The prosecutor's office imputed to Alexander his speech to employees with the purpose of creating a strike committee. In turn, Alexander explained his speech as an emotional outburst, because at that time everyone was under the influence of emotions due to mass violence by law enforcement officers.
On November 14, 2022 at a regular meeting, the prosecutor asked Alexander for three years in a penal colony.
