Alexander Mishuk is the vice-chairman of the Belarusian Independent Trade Union (BNP) and the chairman of the primary organization of the BNP OJSC Belaruskali. He was detained after a search of the office.
The prosecutor's office accused Alexander of speaking to workers with the "purpose of creating a strike committee." In turn, Alexander explained his performance as an emotional outburst, since at that time everyone was under the influence of emotions due to mass violence from the security forces.
On November 14, 2022, at the next meeting, the prosecutor asked Alexandra for three years in prison.
Released in July 2024, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
