Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Valentina Gennadievna Kulik is an employee of judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions. In 2005, it considered legitimate the official warning from the Ministry of Justice to the Independent Institute for Socio-Economic and Political Research. In 2008, Kulik announced the verdict on the complaint of the Movement for Freedom, which was denied registration. She stated that the Ministry of Justice did not violate the law when it refused to register the applicants. In 2010, the Supreme Court rejected the founders of the Belarusian Christian Democracy party in a lawsuit against the Ministry of Justice. Kulik announced that the decision not to register the party was legal. In September 2012, the complaint of Alyaksandr Milinkevich, who tried through the Supreme Court to get him registered as a candidate for “deputy” of the “House of Representatives,” was not satisfied. Considered Viktor Babariko’s application to initiate a case against the Central Election Commission for refusing to register him as a presidential candidate. She refused to initiate a case.
