Igor Grigorievich Kenyukh

Kenyukh Igor Grigorievich is an employee of the security forces involved in politically motivated repressions, during which thousands of peaceful protesters, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence. Kenyukh personally participated in torture, beatings and violence in the temporary detention facility on Okrestina. He threatened prisoners with rape. On November 15, 2020, he demanded that doctors be removed from the temporary detention facility, who, in his opinion, showed excessive loyalty to the detainees and sympathized with them. He testified as a witness in politically motivated cases in court. According to some testimonies, he has a tendency towards pedophilia.

On September 18, 2020, he was detained, the Sovetsky District Court of Gomel (Judge Alexander Mokhorev) imposed an administrative penalty on him in the form of 10 days of administrative arrest under Part 1 of Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established procedure for holding a meeting, rally, street procession, demonstration, picketing, or other mass event). On September 28, 2020, Archpriest Vladimir, immediately after serving his sentence according to the court of September 18, was again subjected to an administrative penalty in the form of 15 days of arrest under the same article by the same court, in the same composition.
Thus, in total, Archpriest Vladimir Drobyshevsky spent 25 days in prison continuously. In the temporary detention center, his pectoral cross and cassock were taken away from him. The Investigative Committee continued to put pressure on the priest.
One of the oldest active editors of the Belarusian Wikipedia section and the most experienced administrator. He focused mainly on the ancient history of Belarus, but spent most of his time maintaining order in the section and moderating disputes.
The detention of Maxim Lepushenko is not the first case of recent repressions directed against authors and editors of the Belarusian Wikipedia. The detentions of several Belarusian Wikipedia administrators over several months appear to be part of a coordinated campaign, as indicated by the unfounded attacks from propagandists:
- In April, administrator Olga Sitnik (Khomelka) disappeared; she was detained twice.
- In December 2024, the editor of Stary Jolup was detained.
- In March 2025, Kazimier LachnoviΔ (real name unknown) disappeared - one of the four administrators of the section on Tarashkevitsa. A week after the disappearance of the administrator Kazimier LachnoviΔ, propaganda material by Lyudmila Gladkaya was released, in which it was said that Wikipedia is a weapon of mass destruction against the countries of the post-Soviet space, and the Belarusian section is edited from Poland.

He worked as a tinsmith at a private firm. When the 2020 election campaign began, he attended signature-collecting pickets, then marches. In the fall of 2020, Alexander was detained by KGB officers and sentenced to 15 days in jail. After that, he was repeatedly summoned for "interviews": "They took a polygraph test in connection with a case involving a broken window, conducted by some judge or investigator," he recalls .
In January 2025, officers from the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption (GUBOPiK) visited him at work and took him to the Pervomaisky District Police Department. He was sentenced to 10 days in a temporary detention facility. A criminal case was then opened for participating in protests and he was transferred to a prison in Kolyadichi, where he spent two months before his trial.
He was a suspect under Part 1 of Article 342 before the trial. He was ultimately convicted under Articles 328 and 329 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
Ivan was arrested on September 20, 2024. He was convicted several times in a row on administrative charges under Part 2 of Article 19. of the Code of Administrative Offenses within 24 hours . Ivan was released only on December 1 , 2024, after spending more than two months behind bars.

Artem was arrested in February 2024 and convicted under the article on "financing the activities of an extremist group." He was held in a pretrial detention center before the trial.
He has two higher educations, worked as a programmer, was involved in photography and owned a company renting photo and video equipment.
It is currently known that he is being prosecuted again in connection with a new criminal case under the article “organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them.”
