He condemned the father of three minor children, Ruslan Yurtsevich, for having a white-red-white flag on his Facebook avatar. This action was regarded as unauthorized picketing. Maruchek found the man guilty under Article 24.23 of the Administrative Code and sentenced him to a fine of 640 rubles. He sentenced 33-year-old Alexander Kashpanov. He was found guilty under Article 369 of the Criminal Code for posting 14 leaflets in a “group of persons by prior conspiracy.” The leaflets contained offensive information against Andrei Khvesyuk, an employee of the Leninsky District Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Brest. The text was taken from one of the Telegram channels: “after the arrests on August 9-11, he personally beat the detainees in the gym because they did not kneel in front of him.” The policeman filed a claim in court for 1,000 rubles for compensation for moral damage: Maruchek satisfied the claim. Alexander also received a sentence of two and a half years of restriction of freedom with a referral to an open correctional facility.

According to the prosecution, the downtime of the trolleybus and bus depots caused damage in the amount of about 660 Belarusian rubles.

In December 2024, it became known that a court hearing in absentia was held regarding Arseniy to replace the restriction of freedom with imprisonment in a penal colony.
