Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of Belarusian citizens. Alesya Vladimirovna Ryzhenkova is an employee of the prosecutor's office involved in politically motivated repressions.
She served as the state prosecutor in the case of Stefan Lozovik, charged under Part 1 of Article 339 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (Hooliganism) for the graffiti Stefan left at a public transport stop on the night of August 11-12: "He lost and started killing. ...go away!" Stefan was initially detained and convicted on administrative charges, but the prosecutor's office later upgraded the case to a criminal one. The Gorki District Prosecutor's Office initially charged Stefan under Article 341 of the Criminal Code (Damage to Property). Under pressure, Stefan admitted his guilt, but when he refused to record a video confessing his guilt on October 29, the prosecutor's office reclassified the charge to Part 1 of Article 339 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (malicious hooliganism). The sentence was one year of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.

Natalia was found guilty in October 2021 in a criminal case opened under the article on insulting a government official.
According to the indictment, on June 13, 2021, she left the comment "What a fat face" under a post in the "Sasha Belousov" community on the social network Odnoklassniki, which featured a photo of Dmitry Vishnevsky, head of the Orsha District Department of Internal Affairs, and the caption "accomplice of the fascist regime."
Natalya explained in court that she did not consider her comment offensive, since Dostoevsky had a literary expression, “a shiny fat mug.”
