Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Yuri Valentinovich Skrigan supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. Involved in the issuance of guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases. He passed a sentence on Vladimir Parkhomenko. He was accused of insulting Lukashenko under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code. Skrigan sentenced the man to one year of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
