The state prosecutor in the case against a 19-year-old boy who, according to the investigation, in August 2020 removed the Belarusian flag from one of the schools and tried to burn it. The court, agreeing with the qualification of the defendant's actions proposed by Kasyanchik, sentenced him to a fine of 300 basic units, which amounted to a total of 8,100 rubles.
She took part in the trial against journalists Darya Chultsova and Ekaterina Andreeva, as well as in cases involving the inscriptions "We will not forget" on Pushkinskaya Street and "Balaba the killer".
During the trial for the inscription "We will not forget", she claimed that Maksim Pavlyushchik and Maria Bobovich caused damage to Gorremavtodor in the amount of 7.5 thousand rubles. After the department dropped its claim, Kasyanchik demanded that the court punish the company for failing to inform the investigation about the change in damage calculations.
Kasyanchik justifies all her actions by her professional choice and does not see any problem in them.
