Occupying the position of judge, which is personally approved by Lukashenko, Dmitry Mikhailovich Vasyuk is an employee of the judicial system of the Republic of Belarus, supporting the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions in Belarus. He handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 480 rubles and administrative arrest for at least 11 days. He found Mikhail Chumakov guilty under Article 369 of the Criminal Code, sentenced him to 2 years of restriction of freedom with transfer to a correctional facility, and ordered him to pay compensation for moral damage to policeman Volnich in the amount of 1,500 rubles. The man left a comment under the photo where a policeman pressed the head of a detainee with his knee.
