Viktor was convicted of the fact that, according to the indictment, on February 27, 2021, with the intent to publicly insult government official Dmitry Leshko, he posted a comment on a publication on Odnoklassniki regarding a police major - "s******* g****k".
According to human rights activists, he will be released in September 2023, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
