Alexey, using his mobile phone on the Tik-Tok service, posted a video recording he made, in which he publicly insulted Lukashenko in an indecent form.
She sentenced Elena Shabuna and Dmitry Lupach in the form of a fine of 32 and 42 basic units, respectively, under Article 22.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (“Violation of legislation on the media”). The real reason for opening this case against the above-mentioned journalists was that the Belsat TV channel showed a video about residents of the village of Shevina who refused to go to the last parliamentary elections due to a long-standing and unresolved problem. The protest of the villagers was due to the fact that not a single deputy helped the people achieve a small concession - permission to travel through the territory of the Lyotsa sanatorium. They used to walk along the road along the raft to a nearby village where there was a store, a pharmacy, a post office and a train station. Now the passage is closed, and villagers have to walk along a road that is three kilometers longer.
