According to the prosecution , Elena Dubrovskaya, using a mobile phone, under a post with a photograph of Alexander Lukashenko, published in a chat included in the Republican list of extremist materials, posted a comment with a negative assessment of Lukashenko’s personality, containing an obscene form of speech expression. At the court hearing, the woman fully admitted her guilt.
Elena Dubrovskaya filed an appeal. The Judicial Collegium of the Mogilev Regional Court considered it on June 20, but left the complaint unsatisfied and the verdict unchanged.
Artem was detained at the end of December 2023. According to preliminary data, the man was initially detained on an administrative charge. Then his home was searched, equipment was seized, and Artem Antonov himself was charged with "insulting Alexander Lukashenko" (Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). Artem is the son of Sergei Antonov, a Belarusian journalist. Sergei is a staff correspondent for the Belarusian newspaper "Chastny Detective". He is the author of several works within the "Universe Metro 2033". In early December, Sergei was summoned by the head of the KGB in Bykhov, who presented two documents from the Mogilev KGB, which stated that the writer was allegedly involved in a crime - working for the mogilev.media portal. After that, Sergei was forced to emigrate.

According to human rights activists, he was released on March 13, 2025.
Alexander was arrested in May 2021 and convicted in September of that year of "violence or threat of violence against law enforcement officers." According to investigators, on October 12, 2020, on Dzerzhinsky Avenue in Minsk, he and others, while intoxicated, resisted police officers, threatened them with violence, and threw a beer glass toward a police bus. He pleaded not guilty to the crime.
In October 2022, a court hearing was held on the charge of "malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of a correctional facility," as a result of which Alexander was sentenced to another year of imprisonment.
He was released in December 2023, having fully served his sentence.
Nadezhda was found guilty of the fact that from November 9 to 23, 2020, she intentionally and in an indecent manner posted a comment under a YouTube video in which the traffic police in Bobruisk seized a car without reason, with a negative assessment of government officials - police major Oleg Banduro, senior lieutenant Drozd and junior lieutenant Anisichkov - with the content "They are recruiting idiots", which harms their honor and dignity.
