Ruslan Hikmetovich Mashadiev
Responsible for all illegal actions against prisoners in Correctional Colony No. 1. Such actions include psychological and, in some cases, physical violence, illegal sending to solitary confinement, restrictions on correspondence and receiving parcels from persons in the institution.
He exerted pressure on prisoner Ilya Baranovsky, which significantly worsened his health.
It was under his leadership that Viktor Babariko was hospitalized from the colony to the city hospital on April 25, 2023. In this colony, convicts are systematically brutally beaten.
Before becoming the head, he also took direct part in beating convicts, helping the former head of the colony.

Ilya was convicted of attempting to set fire to the Zhodino prosecutor's office building in October 2020. According to investigators, he set fire to a homemade device on the porch to express disdain for law enforcement. The resulting mixture of petroleum products and bottle fragments damaged the front door and canopy, causing damages of over 1,500 rubles.
He was released in December 2025, having served his full sentence.
Evgeniy was detained and convicted for participating in a protest that took place on August 9, 2020 in Zhlobin, directed against the results of the presidential elections.
In June 2022, his sentence was increased and he was transferred to prison.
In July 2023, Yevgeny was convicted again of “malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of a correctional institution” - an article under which prisoners are tried for refusing to cooperate with the administration and for fictitious violations.

Pavel was detained in connection with a criminal case opened after spontaneous protests that took place on August 10, 2020 in Brest against falsifications in the presidential elections. He was convicted of participating in "mass riots". Before his detention, Pavel was engaged in clothing design and volunteer work, supporting people with disabilities and children in orphanages.

Andrei is a Grodno-based journalist, publicist, and member of the Union of Poles in Belarus. In 2011, he was sentenced to three years in prison with a two-year suspended sentence for slandering Lukashenko. He was released in court on his own recognizance. In 2012, a new criminal case was opened against him for media publications, but in 2013 it was dismissed due to lack of evidence. In the fall of that year, he was released from the first case.
On March 25, 2021, Andrei was arrested again. He was charged with inciting hatred and calling for sanctions. The charges included articles about the 2020 Belarusian protests, the defense of the Polish minority, and publications about the Soviet invasion of Poland in 1939. He spent over 1.5 years in pretrial detention and was convicted in February 2023.
It is known that Andrei refused to submit a petition for pardon. He continues to be subjected to pressure and is deprived of visits and parcels. He has also received no phone calls.
On April 28, 2026, Andrzej Poczobut was released following lengthy negotiations and an exchange for Belarusian spies in Poland. He was immediately transported to Poland.

Andrei was detained in a criminal case opened after a protest that took place in Pinsk on the night of August 9-10, 2020 against falsifications in the presidential elections. He was convicted of participating in "mass riots."
On September 11, 2025, it became known that 52 prisoners of the Belarusian regime were forcibly transferred to the territory of Lithuania. Among them are citizens of European countries. Among those released is Andrei Khveskovets.

Alexander, an anarchist activist and member of the Free Trade Union, was arrested in March 2021 as part of a criminal case against anarchists from the Brest region. He was convicted of "participating in group actions that grossly violate public order" and "participating in a criminal organization." The charges stemmed from a 2018 roadblock in Brest during a protest against the construction of a battery plant.
In the fall of 2025, another court hearing was held on the charge of "malicious disobedience to the demands of the correctional facility administration," during which Alexander was again sentenced to imprisonment. His total sentence was seven and a half years.
On March 19, 2026, he was released after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Lithuania.
