According to the indictment, from September 20 to September 27, 2020, a man posted 13 messages in the Telegram chat of the Punishers group, in which he “negatively assessed” and “incited illegal criminal actions” against police officers, military, civil servants and their families. Thus, one of the messages contained the text: “We are [beaten], and we give them flowers.”
