In Polotsk on May 6, officers detained Olga Popova in the forest: she allegedly painted a bench in the colors of the national flag. The woman was kept in a temporary detention facility for 3 days, but no criminal case was opened for hooliganism. After another 3 days, Dergachev sentenced her to 15 days for a photograph with the national flag.
