Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Mitko Nadezhda Viktorovna is an employee of the security forces involved in politically motivated repressions, during which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence. Mitko appealed the court ruling on the administrative case against journalist Dmitry Lupach. In May, the Dokshitsy District Court issued a ruling to suspend the administrative proceedings due to lack of evidence. However, as a result of Mitko's appeal of the ruling, the case was sent for additional consideration.
