In December 2021, he was found guilty of "inciting hatred or discord" and "act of terrorism." According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he, "having succumbed to radical calls in these communities, made a Molotov cocktail according to instructions published online and threw it at the building." The court sentenced Daniil to mandatory security measures and treatment in the form of compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital with enhanced supervision.
In February 2025, a court hearing was held regarding the modification of compulsory security and treatment measures. The outcome of the hearing is unknown.

In May 2022, she was found guilty of "inciting hatred or discord" and "insulting Lukashenko" and sentenced to imprisonment.
According to human rights activists, she was released in August 2023, having fully served her sentence.
Alexey, a native of Kazakhstan and an employee of Grodno Azot, was arrested in November 2021 as part of a criminal case opened under the articles "insulting a government official," "insulting Lukashenko," and "inciting hostility or discord," and was remanded in custody.

As a result of the second trial, Andrey was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony. The trial was held behind closed doors on May 22, 2023.
On September 11, 2025, it became known that 52 prisoners of the Belarusian regime were forcibly transferred to the territory of Lithuania. Among them are citizens of European countries. Among those released is Andrei Stepankov.
