According to the case file, on December 20, 2019, and between January 28 and May 28, 2020, Alexander posted public comments in various VKontakte communities that, according to the prosecution, were aimed at inciting social hatred against law enforcement officers, as well as ethnic hatred based on his ethnicity.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the spring of 2024, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
