Denis was accused of damaging banners featuring military personnel. Antonina is a lawyer and a graduate of the Belarusian State University. She worked as a legal adviser, notary, and chief specialist at the Ministry of Justice. Since 2002, she has been a member of the United Civil Party, serving on its executive committee and chairing the National Committee's Legal Affairs Commission for two years. In 2012, she was elected deputy chair of the party, a position she later resigned from.

At the Viva Braslav music festival in the summer of 2022, a patron was detained for "displaying" a tattoo of the "Pahonia" song and an "anarchist symbol." Law enforcement officials claimed he was displaying "extremist symbols" and labeled the detainee an anarchist.
